    Sarah E. Farrell
    ST. MARYS — Sarah E. Farrell, 98, formerly of Delia, died Monday, Jan. 22, 1996, at a Topeka nursing home.
    She was born March 19, 1897, at Delia, the daughter of John and Anna Stach Ausherman. She had lived at Delia until she moved to Topeka in 1973.
    Mrs. Farrell was a member of the Catholic Church.
    She married Everd B. Farrell. He died Nov. 27, 1960.
    Survivors include two daughters, Mary L. Remboldt, Topeka, and Betty J. Wilson, Mesa, Ariz.; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
    Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at St. Marys. Burial will be at the Delia Cemetery. Mrs. Farrell will lie in state after 3 p.m. Thursday at the Piper-Verschelden Funeral Home, where a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Contributions may be made to the Sarah E. Farrell Memorial Fund to be designated later and sent in care of the funeral home.

    in Delia, the daughter of John and Anna Stach Ausherman. She had lived in the Delia community for many years before she moved to Topeka in 1973. She grew up in the Delia community and was a member of the Catholic church.
    She was married to Everd B. Farrell September 5, 1917, in To¬peka. He died November 27, 1960.
    Surviving her are two daughters, Mary L. Remboldt, Topeka, and Betty J. Wilson, Mesa, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; nine great- grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
    A rosary was recited at 7:00 Thursday evening at Piper-Verschelden Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Immaculate Conception Church; interment was in the Delia Cemetery.
    Memorial contributions may be made to the Sarah E. Farrell Memorial Fund and sent in care of the funeral home.
