    The marriage of Miss Leona Williamson of Nebraska City, Nebr., and Walter Vernon Cormack of Rossville, son of S.J. Cormack of Palm Beach, Fla., took place Thursday evening.

    Mr. and Mrs. Walter Cormack will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner Aug. 12.

    Hosts will be their children: Mr. and Mrs. Michael Cormack, Lawrence; Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Cormack, Vernon, Texas; and Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Williams. The couple has six grandchildren.

    Walter Cormack and Leona Williamson were married Aug. 9, 1934, at Nebraska City, Neb. Mr. Cormack is retired from USD 501 where he was an elementary school principal.

    Mrs. Judith Anne Roberson
    Mrs. Judith Anne Cormack Roberson, 44, Topeka, died Monday, Jan. 28, 1991, at a Topeka hospital. She had cancer.

    Mrs. Roberson was a nurse at the Manor of Topeka Nursing Home and had worked nine years at the Colmery-O'Neil VA Medical Center as a psychiatric aide.

    She was born Nov. 7, 1946, at Nebraska City, Neb., the daughter of Walter V. and Leona E. Williamson Cormack. Her family moved to Topeka when she was 2 years old. She attended Topeka schools and was graduated from Topeka High School in 1964.

    Mrs. Roberson was a member of University United Methodist Church.

    She was married to Howard F. “Sam" Roberson April 16, 1988, at Miami, Okla. He survives.

    Other survivors include her parents, Walter and Leona Cormack, Topeka; a daughter, Mary Anne Moszeter, Topeka; two sons, Joey Williams and Jamie Williams, both of Topeka; two brothers, J. Michael Cormack, Lawrence, and Thomas J. Cormack, Vernon, Texas; and a granddaughter.

    Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery. Mrs. Roberson will lie in state from noon today until service time. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be to University United Methodist Church, 1621 S.W. College, Topeka, 66604.
