    Fannie Oldfield
    Mrs. Fannie Oldfield of Rossville died Sunday evening in a Topeka nursing home. She was 85.

    She was born Feb. 23, 1879, at West Liberty, Ky., and was a resident of the Rossville community 56 years. She was a member of the Christian Church.

    Her husband, William Oldfield, died in April, 1946.

    Mrs. Oldfield is survived by a brother, Goebel Cottle, 2134 Plass; and four sisters, Mrs. Emma Waller, 427 Wilson, and Mrs. Linnie Prater, Mrs. Bessie Sartup and Mrs. Rae Trimble, all of Rossville.

    Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Rossville Christian Church with burial in the Rossville Cemetery. The Parker Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
