    Dorothea Overbay
    HORTON - Dorothea E. Overbay, 94, formerly of Rossville, died Wednesday, June 12,2002, at a Gainesville, Texas, care center.
    Mrs. Overbay was a tribal role secretary for the Pottawatomie Tribe of Shawnee, Okla., with the office in Kansas City, Kan.
    She was born Dec. 20,1907, in Rossville, the daughter of Joseph and Dora Riggs DeGraff. She graduated from high school in Rossville. She had lived in Kansas City for 25 years before moving to Dallas in 1991. She moved to Gainesville a year ago.
    Mrs. Overbay was a member of the Catholic faith, and she was on the roles of the Pottawatomie Tribe.
    She married Clarence Overbay. He died June 19,1991.
    Survivors include a brother, Paul DeGraff, Port Ludlow, Wash.
    Graveside services will be will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Horton Cemetery.
    Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Horton is in charge of arrangements.
