    Obituary- Rogers, Bertha
    Mrs. Bertha A. Rogers
    Mrs. Bertha Rogers, 62, died Monday morning at her home, four miles north of Dover. She was born July 27, 1881, near Dover and had made her home in that community her entire life. She was a member of the Dover Federated church.

    She is survived by her husband, John V. Rogers; a daughter, Mrs. Ocea Mansell, Alma; a son, Clyde Rogers, Rossville; two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Lyttle, Topeka and Mrs. Joe Tomson, Dover; and four grandchildren. Funeral services were Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Dover Federated Church.


    Mr. and Mrs. John Stevens, Mrs. Charity, James, Mr. and Mrs. Luther Stevens of Topeka drove to Dover Wednesday afternoon to attend the funeral service of Mrs. John Rogers held at the Dover Federated Church.


    Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hesse and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Campbell were among the out-of-town friends at Dover, Wednesday afternoon to attend the funeral services of Mrs. John Rogers held at the Dover Federated church.
