    Mrs. Nellie Work
    Mrs. Nellie Elizabeth Work, 66, died Thursday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Earl Barney, 1611 High. Her home was in Delia. She had been ill at the home of her sister for the past six weeks.

    Mrs. Work was born at St. Marys, February 25, 1883, and most of her life had been spent near Emmett and Delia. She married Elbert N. Work on March 31, 1915. He survives her.

    Besides her husband, she leaves six sisters, Mrs. F. A. Redmon of Harvard Ill., Mrs. C. T. Gaumer, Mrs. Mora E. Gideon, Mrs. Jacob Scheetz and Mrs. Earl Barney, all of Topeka and Mrs. O. J. Oleson, of West Palm Beach, Fla., two brothers, Lous Franz of Emmett and Fred L. Franz of Holton, and several nieces and nephews.

    Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian church in Delia, Sunday at 2 p.m. and burial took place in the Adrian cemetery.
