    Frances Matyak
    With sorrow I report the death of Sis. Frances Matyak, 68, on July 2, 1965 at her home near Rossville, Kans. She was born Aug. 25, 1896 near Rossville and she and her husband observed their golden wedding anniversary Nov. 17, 1964. Sis. Matyak was a member of Delia Presbyterian Church and our Lodge. She was our Lodge Sec’y, never missing a meeting and always on time for over 50 years. Because of her untiring efforts, we have built additions to our Lodge Hall and have kept it operating with very few active members. The Rev. Don Sears officiated at funeral services and burial was in the Moravian Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Frank Matyak; a foster son, Warren C. Graves of Rossville; 2 brothers, Peter Paul Kovar of Rossville, Charles Kovar of Delia; 2 sisters, Mrs. A.C. Koci of Topeka, and Mrs. Ray Mitchell of Rossville. Z.C.B.J. Lodge Moravan No. 128, Rossville, Kans., extends deepest sympathy to the bereaved family and to our departed sister eternal rest and everlasting pace.

    Services for Mrs. Frances Matyak, 68, Route 1, Rossville, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Delia Presbyterian Church with burial in Moravian Cemetery. She died Friday at her home.

    She was born August 25, 1896, north of Rossville and lived in the Delia and Rossville communities 65 years. She spent three years in Texas.

    Mrs. Matyak was a member of Delia Presbyterian Church and ZCBJ Lodge No. 128.

    She and her husband observed their golden wedding anniversary November 17, 1964.

    Survivors include her husband, Frank Matyak, of the home; a foster son, Warren C. Grades [sic Graves], Rossville; two brothers, Peter Paul Kovar, Route 1, Rossville, and Charles Kovar, Route 2, Delia; and two sisters, Mrs. A.C. Koci, 2509 Buchanan, and Mrs. Ray Mitchell, Rossville.

    Services for Mrs. Frances Matyak, 68, of Rural Rossville, were at 2 p.m. Monday in Delia Presbyterian Church with burial in Moravian Cemetery. She died Friday at her home.
