    MRS. MYRTLE KOONS
    Services for Mrs. Myrtle Koons, 81, of 3437 West Fourteenth, Topeka, who died Saturday in a Topeka hospital, were held Wednesday, June 15, at 2 p. m. in the Rossville Christian Church with burial in Rossville Cemetery. Arrangements were by Hurley Funeral Home.

    Born in 1874 in Kentucky, she came to Kansas in 1880 and lived in Rossville many years, then moved to California an d hack to Topeka about six months ago. She belonged to the Christian church in Rossville.

    Survivors include three daughters, Irene Fitzhugh and Mrs. Lela Went, ling both of California, and Mrs. Margaret Kane of Lawellville, Ohio.; a sister, Mrs. Minnie McVay of Los Angeles, nine grandchildren, including Vincent Fitzhugh of the home, and five great-grandchildren.
