The bridesmaid wore a dress of pink taffeta with black accessories and carried an arm bouquet of gladiolas and white roses. A wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry McGuire. Those attending the dinner were Mr. and Mrs. Voelker, Mr. and Mrs. Pius Voelker, Mr. and Mrs. Henry McGuire, all of Delia; Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Knisley, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Voelker and family all of Topeka; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Voelker and family of Hoyt; Mr. and Mrs. Gollus Voelker and family of Willard; Mr. and Mrs. Francis Bowers of Delia; Mrs. Lois McConnell of Rossville. Evening callers were Miss Ada Brashear, Robert Burgett of Delia; A. G. McConnell and Junior of Rossville; Mr. and Mrs. Voelker will make their home north of Delia.
