Obituary- Reser, William L.

William L. Reser
William L. Reser, 83, 2453 E. 21st, died Wednesday evening at a St. Marys nursing home after a short illness.
He was born Oct. 27, 1888, at Rossville, and had lived in the Rossville and Topeka com¬munities most of his life. He was a retired farmer and carpenter.
Mr. Reser was a member of Carpenter’s Union Local No. 1445, and the Shawnee Southern Baptist Church.
His wife, Mrs. Pearl Woods Reser, died in 1918.
Survivors include six sons, Ben Reser, Lyndon; Harold Reser, Richland; Melford Reser, Silver Lake; Donald Reser, Overbrook; Randall Reser, 214 E. Laurent, and Robert Reser, Tecumseh; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Fulton, 1028 N. Madison, and Mrs. Nadine McMillan, at home; a sister, Mrs. Agnes Besta, Wamego, 27 grandchil¬dren and 31 great-grandchildren.
Services are pending at Pen- well-Gabel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery.
