Smith-Feldhausen Vows Exchanged August 28


The Christian Church in Rossville was the setting for the marriage of Anita Marie Smith to Michael Lynn Feldhausen on Saturday, August 28, 1982, in an afternoon ceremony. Bob Sieh, pastor of the church, officiated.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. George Nelven Smith, Rossville, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert B. Feldhausen, Sr., Manhattan.

Attending the couple were Deborah Smith, Emporia; Linda Harris, Rossville; Robert Feldhausen, Jr., Topeka; and Randy Feldhausen, Manhattan.

Candle lighters were Linda Rencher, Texas; and Michelle Feldhausen, Topeka. Melissa Bird and Claudia Donovan, Rossville, were flower girls. Kerry Lacock, Rossville, and Robie Coltharp, Manhattan, carried the rings.

Other relatives and friends of the family who shared in the event were Pam Smith, Rossville, at the gift table; Joy Rogers, Topeka, at the guestbook; Lane Smith, Rossville, Buck Coltharp, Manhattan, and Dave Rencher, Texas, who served as ushers; Penny Coltharp, Manhattan, Diane Feldhausen, Topeka, and Vicki Rencher, Texas, who served at the reception table.

Mrs. Feldhausen is a graduate of Rossville High School and Kaw Valley Area Vocational-Technical School. She is employed by Kansas Crop and Livestock Reporting Service. Mr. Feldhausen, a graduate of Valley Heights High School and the Manhattan Area Vocational-Technical employed by Kansas [missing rest]
