Gregory Scott Hudson
Elizabeth Marie Broadus and Gregory Scott Hudson exchanged wedding vows Aug. 9, 1997, at Assumption Catholic Church in Topeka.
The Rev. John Rossiter officiated at the 1 p.m. service.
Parents of the couple are Shirley Broadus of Topeka and the late Frank Broadus, and Larry and Linda Hudson of Rossville.
The bride's attendants were Christine Pinkston, Teresa Broadus and Jodie Boone, all of Topeka.
The groom’s attendants were James Preble, Mesa, Ariz, and Doug Wood and James Wehrli, both of Rossville.
The bride is a graduate of Hayden High School and St. Mary's College at Leavenworth with bachelor's degrees in computer science and mathematics. She is a programmer/analyst with the Kansas Department of Transportation in Topeka.
The groom is a graduate of Rossville High School and Emporia State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
After a honeymoon cruise to the Caribbean, they are at home in Topeka.

Miss Broadus also is the daughter of the late Frank Broadus Jr.
Mr. Hudson is the son of Larry and Linda Hudson, Rossville.
The future bride is a graduate of Hayden High School and Saint Mary College at Leavenworth with a bachelor's degree. She is a programmer/analyst for the Kansas Department of Transportation in Topeka.
The future groom is a graduate of Rossville High School and Emporia State University. He is a loan officer at Mercantile Bank in Topeka.
Aug. 9, 1997, is their wedding date.
