    Meyer-Miller Vows Exchanged April 28

    The wedding of Miss Faye Meyer and Mr. Brad Miller was solemnized on Saturday, April 28, 1979, at the United Methodist Church in Rossville, with the Reverend Larry Buss and the Reverend William Hurtig officiating. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Eugene H. Meyer and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde H. Miller, Rossville.

    Attending the bride were her sister, Joyce Meyer, Manhattan, Cindy Lord, and Kate Miller, Rossville. The flower girl was Paula Sue Wehner.

    The groom was attended by Harry Kibbe and Jon Paine, both of Maple Hill, and Steve Regier, Whiting.

    The candles were lit by Jeff and Larry Wehner.

    Donna Miller, sister of the groom, registered the guests.

    The ushers were Paul Brennan and Mark Paine.

    Nuptial music was played by Janice Sharp, organist, and Debora Pentecost, pianist. Sheri Gabbert was the soloist.

    Mrs. Miller’s gown was designed with a Queen Anne neckline and long, full, bishop sleeves. The bodice was adorned with Chantilly lace sprinkled with seed pearls. The three-tiered floor-length skirt was bordered at each tier with Chantilly lace and extended to a chapel train. She wore a Juliette cap which held the fingertip veil of silk illusion edged with Chantilly lace.

    A reception and dance followed the ceremony at the American Legion Hall in Rossville. Reception attendants were Donna Miller, Mrs. Linda Wehner, Mrs. Joyce Meyer and Mrs. JoAnn Meyer.

    Mr. and Mrs. Miller arc graduates of Rossville High School. Mrs. Miller is employed by Internal Medicine. Mr. Miller is employed by General Foods. After a wedding trip to Colorado, the couple is at home in rural Rossville.
