    Tami Sue McGeeney and Mick J. Stum exchanged marriage vows Dec. 7, 1996, at Rossville Christian Church.

    The Rev. Bob Sieh officiated at the 6 p.m. ceremony.

    Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Bruce W. Guffey, Lawrence, and David W. McGeeney, Meriden. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur F. Stum Jr., Rossville, are parents of the bridegroom.

    Debbie Coda, Overland Park, was her sister’s matron of honor. The bridesmaids were Maria Oroke, Tonganoxie, and Cheri Drake, Heather Johanning and Belinda Maples, all of Lawrence.

    Matt Badsky, Manhattan, was best man. The groomsmen were Toby Johnson, Rossville; Shane Jacobsen, Mayetta; Donnie McMasters, Western, Neb.; and Monty Patton, Oskaloosa.

    The flower girl was Courtney Jo Coda, Overland Park. The ushers were Jeff Meyers, Parcell, Okla.; Kelley Miller, Topeka; and Jimmy Clay, Lansing. The bride’s personal attendant was Roberta Malburg, Linwood.

    Julie Neuschaffer, Lawrence, was at the guest book. Programs were given to the guests by Jeanette Baze, Oskaloosa. The gift attendants were Toni Merrill, St. George, and Lisa Stum, Rossville, aunt of the groom.

    A reception, dinner and dance followed at American Legion Post No. 31 in Rossville.

    The reception attendants were Leota Wyatt, Topeka, and Karen Braden, Lawrence, aunts of the bride; Carolyn Jacobsen, Herington, aunt of the groom; and Vicki Jacobsen, Mayetta.

    The bride is a graduate of Lawrence High School. She is an administrative assistant for BG Consultants Inc. in Lawrence.

    The bridegroom is a graduate of Rossville High School. He is a member of Laborers Union Local No. 264 and is employed by Walton Construction of Kansas City, Mo.

    The couple live in Lawrence.
