    The bride is the daughter of Jeannette Black, Cottonwood Falls, and the late Barry Black. The bridegroom is the son of Jerry Womack, Topeka, and the late Peggy Womack.

    The bride was given in marriage by her grandfather, Ed Ptacek of Ellsworth, and her brother, Frank Black of Cottonwood Falls.

    Attending the bride were Leslie Brittain and Katherine Black, both of Cottonwood Falls, and Marni Trotter and Debbie Womack, both of Topeka.

    The bridegroom's attendants were Scott Vande Velde and Kenny Darting, both of Silver Lake, Jim Martin, Topeka, and Brian Womack, Rossville.

    Autumn Runyan, Silver Lake, was the flower girl, and Evan Shively, Ellsworth, was the ring bearer. Candlelighters were Jamie Lynn, Emporia, and Kelley Jordan, Topeka.

    The bride is a graduate of Chase County High School, Cottonwood Falls, and Fort Scott Community College. She is a mathematics student at Washburn University and works as a sales representative for Royal Premier in Topeka.

    The bridegroom is a graduate of Silver Lake High School and Allen County Community College. He also is a mathematics student at Washburn University and is employed by Silver Lake public schools.

    The couple live in Topeka.
