Mr. and Mrs. Charey Vorhies will
have been married sixty-three years Friday of this week, March 30.
Living here all their lives since their marriage except for excursions to California at various times for short sojourns, Mr. and Mrs. Vorhies are enjoying fairly good health and remain active in their church and lodge circles. They will spend the day quietly at home. Mr. Vorhies still is one of the best gardeners in Rossville and always has
a well-kept lawn. Mr. and Mrs. Vorhies have two daughters, Mrs. Blanch Driscoll of Topeka and Mrs. Beulah McIntyre of the home.
