A reception in the basement of the church will follow the ceremony. Assisting will be Bonnie Bush, Jane Parre, Janice Parre, Karen Keller, Leslie Sumner and Karen Sumner.

Fairbanks, Rossville. Mr. DeBacker is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald DeBacker. The couple is planning a July wedding. Miss Fairbanks, a graduate of Rossville High School, is employed by The Capper Foundation for Crippled Children. Mr. DeBacker was graduated from De LaSalle High School in Kansas City and is attending Rockhurst College in Kansas City, Mo. He is enrolled in a pre-law course of study.
