    Pearl-Glynn Vows Read
Mr. and Mrs. James B. Pearl announce the marriage of their daughter, Susan Marie to Jerry Dean Glynn, son of Mrs. Flossie Glynn and the late John Glynn, September 2 at Immaculate Conception Church, St. Marys. Fr. A1 Rockers performed the double ring ceremony.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of silk-a-la-mode. Cluny and Venice lace formed the bib-bodice and sleeves and ruffle at the hem which flowed to a chapel length train. Pearls were scattered lightly over the Cluny lace. A bonnett of Cluny lace trimmed with pearls held her three-tier bouffant veil.

Mrs. Randy Kuhn, Kansas City Mo., served her sister as matron of honor. Mrs. Mike Pearl, sister-in-law of the bride, and Mrs. John Glynn, sister-in-law of the groom, served as bridesmaids. Ginger Pearl, cousin of the bride was flower girl and ring bearer was Eric Williams.

Dan Glynn served his brother as best man and groomsmen were Steve Glynn and John Glynn, also brothers of the groom. Ushers were R. D. Core and David Figge. Carla Reese was organist. Dana Rodenbaugh was vocalist and guitarist. R. D. Core was lector at the Nuptial Mass.

A reception at the Centennial Building followed the ceremony.

The bride is employed by Medical Associates, Inc. as a secretary. The groom is attending Washburn University and is employed by St. Francis Hospital. Both are graduates of St. Marys High School. The couple is at home in Topeka.
