Hosting the reception will be their son Darrel Frey, Silver Lake, and daughter Mary Jo Kippes, Topeka, and their families. William W. Frey and Betty Mitchell were married Jan. 23, 1944, at her parents’ home in Topeka. They have one granddaughter and grandsons.
