  Anniversary- Parnell, Charles and Gladys Silver Anniversary for Charles Parnells Mr. and Mrs. Charles Parnell, Rossville, will be celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary Saturday, August 22, with a reception following the 4:30 Mass at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Rossville. The reception, hosted by their children, Belina, Randy and Angie, will be held in the church basement. At 8:30 in the evening, a dance will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Topeka.
