  Anniversary- Griffith, Arthur and Maurine Arthur and Maurine Griffith Arthur and Maurine Griffith, of Silver Lake, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a card shower. Arthur Dale Griffith and Maurine Reedy married on July 23,1951, in Topeka. Their children and their spouses are David Griffith, Ozawkie; Marvin and Elaine Griffith, Delia; and Dorothy and Bob Arnold, Silver Lake. The couple have 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Mr. Griffith is retired from Labor Union No. 142 after 30 years of service. He also farmed. Mrs. Griffith worked as a nurse’s aide at Topeka State Hospital and at Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center. She also is retired.
