Mr. and Mrs. Paul Martin, Rossville, announce the marriage of their youngest daughter, Wilma Pauline, to Mr. Clifford Bickford, son of Mrs. Nellie Bickford, Holton, and the late Mr. Roy Bickford.

Rev. John A. Berens, St. Marys, officiated at the double ring ceremony which took place in Rossville at the St. Stanislaus Church Saturday, September 18, at nine o’clock.

The bride wore a ballerina length white organdy dress over polished cotton under coat. Her lace veil caught to a coronet headdress, was shoulder length. She carried a white satin prayer book topped with an orchid. Her only jewelry was a strand of pearls, a gift of the bridegroom.

Miss Sandra Magee, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. She wore a ballerina length gown of mint green taffeta. Her french cap headdress matched her gown and was covered with seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of pink carnations and white daisies.

Mr. Donald Jacobson attended Mr. Bickford as best man.

The mother of the bride chose a pink dress with navy accessories and the bridegroom’s mother chose a lavendar dress with black accessories. Both wore corsages of pink carnations and roses.

For traveling the bride chose a suit of black and white with white accessories. After a short wedding trip the couple will be at home in Fort Madison, Iowa.

Mrs. Bickford is a graduate of Rossville High School and attended K.S.C. the past year. She was employed in Colorado this summer.
