  Anniversary- Hoobler, Dwight and Margie Golden Anniversary For Hoobler Couple Dwight and Margie Hoobler, Rossville, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sunday, January 12. A surprise reception, hosted by members of the Rossville United Methodist Church, followed the regular morning worship service. Dwight Hoobler and Margie Jean Lillard were married January 12, 1947, at the Rossville Methodist Church. Mr. and Mrs. Hoobler have been life-long residents of the Rossville area, except for the three years Dwight served in the U.S. Army during World War 2. Special guests attending the reception were seven members of the 1945 graduating class of Rossville High School and many relatives of the couple, including Margie’s sister, Mrs. Thelma Short, St. Marys, who was a bridesmaid at the wedding. Dwight and Margie are the parents of two sons, David and Don.
