  Marriage- Ausherman, Thelma-Shubkagel, John Ausherman-Shubkagel Mr. and Mrs. Carl Ausherman of Elmont announce the marriage of their daughter, Thelma, too Cpl. Harry Shubkagel, son of Mr. John Shubkagel of Elmont. The marriage took place Tuesday afternoon January 2, at 5 o'clock at the home of Dr. B.M. Hunt, pastor of the Methodist Church, Hattiesburg, Miss. The bride wore a simple two-piece dress of Navy linen and flowered jersey with black accessories and corsage of carnations. The bride is employed in the Topeka office of John Morrell and Company. Corporal Shubkagel, who spent nearly two years in Alaska and the Aleutians, is now stationed at Camp Shelby, Miss. Mrs. Shubkagel's mother is the former Emma Stovall of Rossville, and is a sister of Mrs. M.L. Whearty, Mrs. Lee Henderson and Earl Stovall.
