  Marriage- Matyak, Rachel-Forsberg, Terry Matyak-Forsberg Exchanged Vows Rachel Marie Matyak and Terry Lee Forsberg were united in holy matrimony Friday, June 19, 1998, at St Paul’s Lutheran Church in Topeka. Pastor John Emslie officiated the service at 7 p.m. The bride is the daughter of Richard and Melody Matyak, Delia. Parents of the groom are Robert and Susan Forsberg, Berryton. Crystal Matyak was her sister’s maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Tiffany Dominquez and Sue Hochstedler. Robert Moore was best man. Groom’s attendants were Chad Myrick and Harry Hammer III. Guests were seated by Russell Radefeld and Jack Sanders. Donna Moore, daughter of the best man, was the flower girl. Dusty Sanders was the ring bearer. Ashly Sanders and Kelsy Fath carried the bride’s train. Sharon Hanson was the bride’s wedding and makeup consultant. Attending the guest book and handing out bird seed were Jennifer Forsberg and Vicki Wobus. After exchanging the vows they had written, the couple lit the unity candle and were blessed by sharing the holy sacrament. A reception followed at Central Park Community Center. Melody Matyak was the reception hostess, assisted by Linda Hall, Teresa Douthart, Jennifer Forsberg and Vicki Wobus. Jennifer and Vicki also attended the gift table. Mrs. Forsberg graduated from Rossville High School and Kaw Area Tech School with a CNA/HHA license and Medical Secretary Certificate. She is employed by Three Rivers Independent Living Resource Center, Wamego. Mr. Forsberg graduated from Shawnee Heights High School and served 10 years in the National Guard. He is executive manager of Shimer’s Feed Store, which is family owned. The couple honeymooned on Marco Island in the Florida Keys and are at home in Topeka.
