• Documents		Marriage- Brooks, Elsie-Startup, James 1 Brooks-Startup Miss Elsie Brooks, and Mr. Fred Startup were married Saturday afternoon at the M.E. parsonage, Rev. G.C. Albin, pastor of the Rossville Methodist church officiating. Mrs. Startup is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.C. Brooks of this city. She was a member of the 1928 class of the local high school and up until her marriage had been employed since the close of school at the Home Bakery. Mr. Startup is the son of J.C.
