  Anniversary- Kelsey, Scott and Iva Mr. and Mrs. Scott E. will be guests of honor at a reception Sunday, Sept. 14 at the Candlelight House in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary. The reception will be given by their sons and their families. Friends and relatives are invited to call between 2 and 4 p.m. The couple asks that no gifts be presented. Hosts will be Mr. and Mrs. Scott W. Kelsey, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kelsey, Rossville, and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Kelsey, Silver Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Kelsey were married Sept. 15, 1919 in Nevada, Mo., and have lived in Topeka over 50 years. Mr. Kelsey was engaged in farming in the Kaw Valley until his retirement. They have seven grandchildren.
