  Anniversary- Grant, Russ and Betty Ruby Anniversary for Mr. and Mrs. Russel Grant Mr. and Mrs. Russel Grant, Santa Rosa, Calif., will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on February 21, 1988. Betty (Ault) and Russ Grant are former residents of St. Marys. They were married February 21, 1948, in Santa Rosa, and are the parents of four children — Mrs. Barbara Maccario, Mrs. Ruth Ann Topolewski, and Jerry Grant, all of Santa Rosa, and Terry Grant, with the Navy Air Force in Adah, Alaska. They have eight grandchildren. An open house in honor of the occasion will be held at their home in Santa Rosa from 2 to 5 p.m. on the 21st.
