• Documents		Marriage- Leeper, Della-Mason, Fred Miss Della Leeper and Mr. Fred Mason were married at the Presbyterian parsonage, Rossville, on Tuesday evening, March 7. Rev. John Lamb performed the ceremony. The wedding was a quiet affair with only a few of the intimate friends being present. The young couple will make their home on the Higginbotham farm north of town.
  		Anniversary- Mason, Fred and Della Observe golden wedding anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Fred Mason celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday, March 12, at the home of their daughter, Mrs. D. E. Bratton and Mr. Bratton in Topeka. The table was decorated with a beautiful cake shaped like a Bible. A bouquet of yellow and gold mums was sent to the couple by her sister, Miss Ada Leeper, of California. Dinner guests were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Mason, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Mason, Mrs. Frances Mason, Mr. and Mrs. Howard French and Doug, Mr. and Mrs. Gary French, Kristie and Karl. Afternoon callers were Mr. and Mrs. Allen Enos and Sue, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Bratton. Many lovely gifts and cards were received.
