  Obituary- Bennett, John JOHN A. BENNETT John A. Bennett, father of Leo Bennett died at his home in Wamego Wednesday morning after a lingering illness. Mr. Bennett was called home Tuesday and was with his father when he passed away. JOHN A. BENNETT John A. Bennett, 82, died Wednes¬day at his home in Wamego. He was born December 9, 1867, at Blooming¬ton, Ill., and came to Kansas when a small child. He lived in the Wheaton and Blaine communities for many years, moved to Wamego a number of years ago. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Mary Ben¬nett; two sons, Leo and Marcellus Bennett; five daughters, Mrs. C. Mul¬ler, Mrs. Sarah Muller, Mrs. Alice Muller, Miss Justine Bennett and Mrs. Margaret Blaskey.
