A very pretty wedding ceremony was performed on Wednesday morning May 13, at the Catholic church in this city when Miss Tilda Diehammer, of Rossville, and Mr. W.C. Hoch, of Wilson, Kansas, were united in marriage by Father Hill. Miss Diehammer has grown to womanhood in this vicinity having been raised from a small child by the John Dolezilek family who have given her the same tender attention they have their own children. Mr. Hoch is a prosperous young farmer living near Wilson, Kansas. After the ceremony the young people were given a reception at the Dolezilek home and the wedding festivities lasted all day. They were the recipients of many handsome and useful presents. Mr. and Mrs. Hoch left Saturday noon for their home at Wilson. The Reporter joins with their many friends in wishing them a long and happy wedded life.
