Mrs. Stum is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albin Besta of this community. Mr. and Mrs. Stum will make their home west of Rossville on the Mulvane ranch, where is employed by Mr. F.P. McCollough.

    A wedding dance was given Saturday evening in honor of Mr. and Mrs. John Stum at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Heiland.     The children of Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Stum, Sr., request the presence of all friends and relatives as they honor their parents with a celebration of the couple’s 25th wedding anniversary on Saturday, August 2, 1980.

    This happy occasion will be held at the couple’s home at 419 Orange, Rossville, Ks.

    Festivities will begin with a meal and reception at 7 p.m., followed by a party at 9 p.m.

    Hosts will be their children and grandchildren.

    Wilbur Stum and Sally Porter were married July 30,1955, in Topeka.

    Mr. Stum is retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and from Stum’s Garage in Rossville.

    Mrs. Stum is retired from the state of Kansas and from Stum’s Garage.
