| Obituary- Beaubien, Mary MRS. BEUBIEN
Mrs. Mary C. Beaubien, 90, long a resident of Maple Hill, died at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Chas. Crabb, 1344 Fillmore, St., To¬peka, Tuesday morning. Mrs. Beau¬bien was born in Aristook county, Maine, and moved to Maple Hill from Kankakee, Ill., in 1872. She made her home in what was known as the halfway house between Alma and To¬peka. She had been at the home of her granddaughter since Christmas.
She is survived by a son, H. E. Beaubien, Lamar, Colo.; five grand¬daughters, Mrs. Floyd Nichols and Mrs. Crabb, Topeka; Mrs. Elmer Rhodes, Chicago; Mrs. Anna Chap¬man Bliss, Chillicothe, Mo., and Mrs. Robert Louden, San Diego, Calif.; and five grandsons, Sherman T. Bourrasa and E. B. Chapman, Topeka; Paul L., H. C., and G. E. Beaubien, Lamar, Colo.
Funeral services are being held at the Maple Hill Congregational church this (Thursday) afternoon at 3 o’clock. Burial will be in Maple Hill cemetery.
