    William Keith Rafferty
    Emmett—William Keith Rafferty, 80, passed away Wednesday, April 20,2016at the Community Hospital in St. Marys.

    He was born August 19,1935 at Dover the son of Edward and Nona Smith Rafferty. He grew up in the Dover and Rossville communities and graduated from Rosssville High School. Keith served in the Army Guard.

    Keith had lived in the Emmett many years and had for worked for Goodyear Tire and Rubber.

    His parents, two brothers, Robert and Richard Rafferty, three infants and two stepsons, Mark and James Niedfeldt, preceded him in death.

    On May 23,1980 he was united in marriage to Dorothy Boardmen. She survives of the home.

    Other survivors include four sons, Bill (Janet) Rafferty, Pat (Mary Beth) Rafferty, Frank Rafferty and Phil Rafferty; his daughter, Kathy Love; stepsons, David (Tammy) Niedfeldt, Richard (Mindy) Niedfeldt and J.D (Kelli) Kenny; a brother, Raymond Rafferty; his sister, Carol Heim; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
