    Obituary- Bailey, Leroy
    Leroy Bailey, 67, Meriden, died Monday, March 16, 1992, at a Topeka hospital.
    Mr. Bailey served 20 years in the Navy.
    He was born November 26, 1924, in Topeka, the son of William Albert and Edith Allen Bailey. He lived in North Carolina before he moved to Meriden two years ago.
    Mr. Bailey was a member of North Post No. 400 of the American Legion in Topeka and Meriden Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 10815.
    His wife, Vecie Bailey, died in 1989.
    Survivors include two sisters, Rose Mast, Topeka, and Ethel Henderson, address unavailable; and five brothers, Lester Bailey and William Bailey both of Topeka, Clayton J. Bailey, Silver Lake, Elmer Bailey, Perry, and Jim Bailey, Hoyt.
    Services were at 10 am Thursday, March 19, 1992, at Davidson Funeral Home, Topeka.
    Phillip Billard VFW Post No. 1650 conducted graveside services at West Lawn Memorial Gardens.
