• Documents		Obituary- Strimple, Anna 1 Anna L. Strimple ROSSVILLE — Anna L. Strimple, 94, Rossville, died Friday, Oct. 20, 1995, at a Rossville nursing home. She was born May 24, 1901, in rural Rossville, the daughter of Frank and Mary Dolezilek. She was a lifelong Rossville resident. Mrs. Strimple was a member of Rossville United Methodist Church, the Friendship Circle Club and the auxiliary to Jimmy Lillard Post No. 31 of the American Legion. She married Clyde Strimple. He died in 1961. A daughter, Viola McClain, also preceded her in death. Survivors include a son, Orville Strimple, Rossville; a sister, Lydia Strimple, Rossville; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Rossville United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery. Mrs. Strimple will lie in state after 5 p.m. Sunday at Piper-Verschelden Funeral Home in St. Marys, where relatives and friends will meet from 7 to 8 p.m. The casket will remain closed. Memorial contributions may be made to Rossville United Methodist Church or to the auxiliary of Post No. 31 of the American Legion in Rossville and sent in care of the funeral home.
