Clifford H. "Bill" Billingsley, 80, To¬peka, died Friday, Oct. 6, 1995, at his home.
Mr. Billingsley served in the Air Force 30 years before he retired in 1963.
He was born Aug. 26, 1915, in Longstreet, La., the son of Joseph and Ronda Lorena Turner Billingsley. He had lived in Topeka 41 years.
He married Lorraine Bahner on Jan. 17, 1958, in Las Vegas, Nev. She survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Kay Schmidt, Milford; a stepson, Ru¬dy Bailey, Fenton, Mo.; a stepdaugh¬ter, Jeanene Whitwam, Maple Hill; three grandchildren; six stepgrand- children; and seven stepgreat-grand- children.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Parker-Price Mortuary. Burial will be in Smyrna Cemetery in Grand Cane, La. Mr. Billingsley will lie in state after 10 a.m. today at the mortuary, where relatives and friends will meet from 3 to 4 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice Care Inc., 200 S.W. Frazier Circle, Topeka, 66606-2800.

Clifford H. “Bill” Billingsley, 80, Topeka, died Friday, October 6, 1995, at his home.
Mr. Billingsley served in the Air Force 30 years before he re¬tired in 1963.

Relatives and friends met from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Parker-Price Mortuary, Topeka. His funeral ser¬vice was at 1 a.m. Monday at the mortuary; interment was in Smyrna Cemetery in Grand Cane, La.
