    Josh McRoberts
    Joshua McRoberts, 76, a lifelong resident at Silver Lake, died Sunday night in a Topeka hospital.

    He was born July 24, 1885, near Silver Lake and was a farmer in that community all his life. He was a member of the Silver Lake Masonic Lodge.

    Survivors include his widow, Pearl, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Ellen Bailey, Meriden; a son, Eugene McRoberts, Topeka; two brothers, John McRoberts, Venice, Calif., and R. L. McRoberts, Silver Lake; and a granddaughter.

    Services were at 3:30 p. m. Tuesday in Silver Lake Methodist Church with burial in Silver Lake Cemetery. Parker Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
