    Lester A. Adams
    Lester A. Adams, 79, Delia, died Monday, Sept. 1, at a Topeka hospi¬tal.
    Mr. Adams was employed by Boys’ Industrial School several years before he retired.
    He was born Oct. 28, 1906, in To¬peka, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles L. Adams. He lived in Missouri and then lived in Perry a year. He moved from Perry to Delia four years ago.
    He was married to Vera I. Patter¬son Dec. 12, 1979, at Miami, Okla. She survives.
    Survivors include two stepdaugh¬ters, Mrs. Donna Rose, Perry, and Mrs. Charlotte Wilks, Lawrence; sev¬en stepgrandchildren; and five step- great-grandchildren.
    Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Oak Ridge Ceme¬tery at Perry. Relatives and friends will meet from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hampton-Barrett Fu-neral Home in Oskaloosa.
