McGuire, of Kansas City, Mo., formerly of Rossville. The ceremony took place at 3:00 o'clock Saturday afternoon, February 25, at the First Church of the Nazarene in Kansas City, Mo., with the Rev. A. Milton Smith officiating. Miss Virginia Willcoxen, of LaSalle, Ill., sister of the bride, was mid of honor, and Mr. Vincent P. Heim, of Topeka, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, acted as best man. Mrs. McGuire is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene College and formerly taught in the Wright School at Canton, Ill. For the last three years she has been employed by the Kansas City Weather Bureau. Mr. McGuire is a graduate of the Rossville High School and of Emporia State Teachers College. He taught at Auburn and other Shawnee county schools. He now is a meteorologist at the United States Weather Bureau in Kansas City, Mo. Following a honeymoon trip, Mr. and Mrs. McGuire will be at home at 7412 El Monte Road in Mission, Kansas.
