Don was born February 28, 1941 in rural Delia, KS the son of John and Leona (Heath) McNeive. He graduated from Delia High School. He married Susan Magee March 17, 1987. She preceded him in death on March 15, 1993. Don worked in the offices at Santa Fe Railroad. He enjoyed collecting and working on classic cars.
