  Legal- Allen, Oscar Legal (First published in the Rossville Reporter, March 5, 1936) In the Probate Court of Shawnee County, Kansas. In the matter of the estate of Oscar C. Allen, deceased [sic]. Notice of Final Settlement Creditors and all other persons interested in the aforesaid estate, are hereby notified that on the 6th day of April, 1936, I shall apply to the Probate Court sitting at the Court House in the City of Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas, for a full and final settlement of said estate and for an order of the Court finding and adjudging who are the heirs, devisees or legatees of Oscar C. Allen, deceased. You are further notified that my claim for compensation as administrator, and for attorney fees and other expenses necessarily incurred in the administration of said estate, will be heard on the 6th day of April, 1936, at 10 o'clock a.m. 16 C.E.
