| Obituary- Ronsse, William WILLIAM J. ‘BILL’ RONSSE
WilliamJ. “Bill” Ronsse, 60, Topeka, passed away Friday, January 26, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka.
He was born April 18, 1957 in Topeka, the son of Leo I. and Mildred N. Hoobler Ronsse. Bill graduated from St. Marys High School.
Bill worked at the Topeka Goodyear Tire and Rubber Plant in Topeka for 35 years. He was a member of United Steelworkers Local 307 in Topeka. Bill was a member of the Catholic faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Mary Jo Ronsse.
On July 9, 1977 he was united in marriage to Terri Droegemeier in St. Marys. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include his son, Tanner Ronsse, Topeka; his daughter, Billie Billings, Topeka; three brothers, Robert (Darlene) Ronsse, Topeka, John (Donna) Ronsse, Morristown, TN., and Perry Ronsse, Manhattan; his sister, Ann (Ray) Barthuly, St. Marys; his grandson, Reice.
Mass of Christian Burial was at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. Marys. Interment was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery St. Marys. Mr. Ronsse laid in state and the family received friends from 6:00 until the rosary at 7:00 P.M. Monday, January 29, 2018 at Piper Funeral Home in St. Marys.
