    Josephine Browne

    DELIA--Josephine Browne, formerly of Delia, died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 1992, at a Wamego nursing home.

    Miss Browne was a farm owner.

    She was born on a farm near Delia, the daughter of Michael and Catherine McAnerney Browne.

    She attended St. Marys Academy at St. Marys and was graduated from The Mound in Sinsinawa, Wis.

    Miss Browne was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Delia.

    A nephew, Dr Robert Browne, Yuma, Ariz., survives.

    Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Verschelden Chapel. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery at St. Marys. Miss Browne will lie in state after 2 p.m. today at the chapel, where a rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today.

    She was born on a farm near Delia, the daughter of Michael and Catherine McAnerney Browne.

    She attended St. Marys Academy at St. Marys and was graduated from The Mound in Sinsinawa, Wisc.

    Miss Browne was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Delia.

    A rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Mass of Christian Burial was at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Verschelden Chapel.

    Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
