  Obituary- Buckles, Helen Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, St. Marys, for Mrs. Helen T. (McCoy) Buckles, 77, Monterey Park, Calif., who died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 1983, at a Monterey Park hospital. She was born Aug. 2, 1906, at Delia, the daughter of Richard and Birdie Hoyt McCoy. She lived in the Delia community until she moved to California in 1936. Mrs. Buckles was a member of St. Alphonse's Catholic Church at Monterey Park. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Rita Burgett, Topeka; two sisters Mrs. Mary Hanrahan, Delia, and Mrs. Veronica Bunting, Monterey Park, Calif.; three grandsons; and three great-grandchildren. Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery, St. Marys. A rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Verschelden Funeral Home.
