In the Probate Court of Said County and State In the Matter of the Estate of William H. Bush, Deceased. No. 26441 NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FINAL SETTLEMENT The State of Kansas to All Persons Concerned:
    You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in said Court by Isador Bush, Administrator of the Estate of William H. Bush, deceased, pray8ing for final settlement of said estate, approval of his accounts as administrator, allowances for his services, attorney's fees and expenses, also that the Court determine the heirs of said decedent, and that the Court direct the administrator as to the disbursement and distribution of the remaining assets of said estate, and you are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 24th day of May, 1963 at ten o'clock, a.m. of said day, in said Court, in the City of Topeka, at which time and place said cause will be heard.
