    Russell Collins
    ROSSVILLE -- Russell H. Collins, 42, Rossville, died Thurs., March 8, 2001, at a Rossville nursing home. He was born May 12, 1958, in Lawrence, the son of Leonard and Patricia A. Hamill Collins. He married Betty Lou Caraway. They divorced. He later married Carolyn J. Cott. They also divorced.
    Survivors include four sons, Sean Collins, Eli Collins, Russell Joe Collins and Randall Collins, all of Topeka; three daughters, Tracy, in Topeka, Stacy in Melvern, and Rachel, in Greeley, Colo., his mother, Patricia A. Hamill, Linwood; a brother, Eric Collins, Lawrence; two sisters, Pam Gilmore, Baldwin City, and Tammy in Lawrence; and five grandchildren.
    Services will be today at 10 a.m. Monday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home in Lawrence. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Mr. Collins will lie in state from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
    Contributions may be made to the Russell H. Collins Memorial Fund and sent in care of the funeral home.
