    Pearl Cooper
    HOLTON — Pearl Cooper, 89, Hol¬ton, died Wednesday, March 29,1995, at a Holton nursing home.
    Mrs. Cooper taught school at High- prairie Rural School in Jackson County for two years.
    She was born June 18, 1905, in Gove County, the daughter of Otto and Be¬atrice Wyatt Jacobson. She was gradu¬ated from Mayetta High School and had lived in the Delia area before she moved to Holton in 1966.
    She was married to Lester Cooper on Dec. 4, 1926, in Lyndon. He died Sept. 5, 1980.
    Survivors include a daughter, Juanita Fansher, Pontiac, Ill.; a sister, Elsie Houck, Delia; a brother, Jess Jacob¬son, Holton; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
    Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Mercer Funeral Home, Holton. Burial will be in the Holton Cemetery. Mrs. Cooper will lie in state at the funeral home where relatives and friends will meet from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial contributions may be made to the Presbyterian Church in Holton and sent in care of the funeral home.
