It is expected that all the children will be present at the "golden wedding." Peter was at the depot Wednesday to meet his sister and brother--Agnes and Lawrence, of Riverside, California. When assembled, the following children will be present: Peter, William, Robert, Lawrence, Agnes, Mrs. Enoch, Mrs. Troutman, and Mrs. Geo. A. Yocum. We heartily congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Jackson and the children upon the happy gathering just spoken of. Fifty years of happy married life is something that falls to the lot of but few, and to celebrate their parents "golden wedding" is a distinction and a felicity that a very limited number of children enjoy.

  Obituary- Yocum, Elizabeth ELIZABETH YOCUM Mrs. Elizabeth Jackson Yocum, wife of the late George Yocum, of St. Marys, passed away Thursday, August 10, in Liberty, Mo., at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fielding Barnes. She was 83 years old. She had been a resident of St. Marys community for many years until last summer when she went to make her home with her daughter because of ill health. She was a sister of the late Peter Jackson, early day resident of this community. She was the grandmother of Mrs. Ed Besta of this city Funeral services were held at the St. Marys Methodist Church Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Burial was in St. Marys Cemetery.
