| Obituary- Cravens, Minnie Minnie Margurite Cravens
Minnie Margurite Cravens, 86, formerly of Topeka, died Wednesday, July 16, 1997, at an Arkansas City nursing home.
Mrs. Cravens worked in the Division of Motor Vehicles for the State of Kansas in Topeka.
She was born June 14, 1911, in Delia, the daughter of Lester and Ida McClain Jackson. She was a lifelong Topeka resiŽdent.
Mrs. Cravens was a member of Topeka Bible Church.
She married Jesse Cravens on Jan. 28, 1928, in Topeka. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Gibson and Virginia Taylor, both of ArkanŽsas City; two sisters, Inez Riley, Bremerton, Wash., and Winnie Lynch, Olathe; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandŽchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Rossville Cemetery. Mrs. Cravens will lie in state after 2 p.m. Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home where relatives and friends will meet from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
